Booking Policy
All services are NON-Refundable.
- If within 72 hours after a lash extension service, you suffer a 30% of lash fall off, you're entitled to a free refill at $0 cost to you. You MUST schedule a follow up Appointment as soon as possible( within a 5 day window after the original service was performed).
-If you experience any eye discomfort, you are entitled to a removal service at $0 cost to you.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you fail to show up for your appointment, Mi Lash&Brow will charge you 100% of the service cost.
- If you reschedule in less than 48 hours from your appointment time,
Mi Lash&Brow will charge you 50% of the service cost.
- If you reschedule less than 24 hours from your appointment time, Mi Lash&Brow will retain your deposit at booking.
Late Policy:
-There is a 15 minute grace period. After this grace period has passed, you forfeit your deposit and must reschedule.
- If you reschedule outside of the above listed times, you are able to reschedule your new appointment with no extra charge or penalty.
